Vessel Document Submission Requirements

As part of our commitment to ensuring smooth operations and compliance with ACT procedures, we would like to remind you of the mandatory requirements for vessel document submission and their respective deadlines.

Submission Deadlines for Vessel Documents:

• Vessel Arrival Notification – 24 hours prior to vessel arrival - ACT Vessel arrival
• Inbound EDI (BAPLIE) and Gang List – 12 hours prior to vessel arrival
• Outbound EDI (MOVINS) – 12 hours prior to vessel arrival
• Empty Recap – 12 hours prior to vessel arrival - MTY RECAP
