Adjustment to Aqaba Container Terminal Service Charge (Tariff)

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the general tariff for services provided by Aqaba Container Terminal.

Further to decision No. (506) issued by the Board of Commissioners of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority on August 4, 2025, and being published in the Official Gazette on August 30, 2025, a tariff adjustment will be implemented effective September 30, 2025. This amendment is intended to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services and maintain outstanding operational efficiency.

In line with our commitment to transparency, please take note of the following key details:

• A 5% increase will be applied to the current service charges.
• The new tariff will come into effect on September 30th, 2025.
• A subsequent advisory will be issued shortly to provide further details on the charging mechanism for containers that began their service period before September 30, 2025. This letter will elaborate on how charges will be applied to those specific cases.
