Enhancement in Security Clearance and Declaration Procedures

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that effective 15th April 2025, the following enhanced security requirements will be implemented for all vessel arrivals:

1. Security Clearance & Declaration Submission:
   All vessel agents are required to submit the Security Clearance and Declaration document prior to vessel arrival to the following email address:
   VesselSecurityClearanceBahrain@apmterminals.com
2. Form Availability:
   The required form can be downloaded from the APM Terminals Bahrain website:
   https://www.apmterminals.com/en/bahrain/services/vessel-form
3. Submission Format:
   The form must be typed, signed, and stamped.
4. Required Attachments:
   Please ensure that all necessary attachments, as indicated in the form, are included in your submission.
5. Further Communication:
   Our Security Department will reach out directly if any additional information is needed.
