For the creation/update of accounts for non-domiciled clients, please attach the VAT CERTIFICATE of the foreign company, as part of the requirements for creating/modifying clients.
1. Complete the "Annex 1" form with the signature of the Legal Representative or General Manager.
2. You must attach the Power of Attorney Validity which must be no older than 90 calendar days from the date recorded in the seal of the corresponding public records entity.
3. The person who signs the document indicated in point 1 must be the same person from whom the documentation in point 2 is received.
4. Both documents (Annex 1 and Validity of Powers) must be sent electronically, including the customs agent code, if applicable, to the following email account apmtcprepago@apmterminals.com
5. Until access is received, they will be able to carry out any procedures in person at the windows of the Services, Billing, and Collections area, as appropriate.

This message indicates that the search information is not registered in our terminal operating system, so you must contact the ship's maritime agent in order to send the list of loading and/or unloading containers to the Container Planning team (APMTCOPSPLANNING1@APMTERMINALS.COM).
Once the shipping agent confirms that your cargo information has been sent to the Port, you must contact the Container Planning team APMTCOPSPLANNING1@APMTERMINALS.COM to confirm the registration of your cargo in our system.
