Advisory: Terminal Operating System maintenance activity on 19th August 2024

Dear Valued Clients,

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

This is to advise you that we are planning Terminal Operating System maintenance activity on 19th August at 21:00 Hrs. To facilitate the same, we shall be undertaking a system downtime between 19th August at 21:00 Hrs to 20th August 2024 at 05:00 Hrs. During this planned downtime the wharf, rail, gate, and yard operations shall remain suspended.

The Customer Service Portal, Track & Trace, PIN generation, Truck and Driver Registration facility as well as access to E-Form13 shall also remain unavailable.

This is planned to continually improve the quality of services being delivered by the terminal and we request your support and understanding towards the same.
